Once again, another attempt to try to lose weight and eat more healthily! Though I don't think I can sustain the diet for long but fingers crossed!
Anyway, just thought it'll be fun to keep this log of my cheat days. It'll allow me to reminisce on the good food I've eaten or at the very least, it'll be an explanation on why I still haven't lost that 8 kg.
I would also keep a log on the food I have prepared, in hopes of aiding my weight loss! We'll see how that goes! (:
